With the exception of military and overseas voters, voter registration closes 29-days before each election. Paper forms must include a “wet” signature, and be mailed or hand-delivered to voter registration officials on or before the statewide deadline.

Federal Post Card Application (FPCA): Used by military and overseas voters to 1) register to vote and 2) request an absentee ballot in all elections for one calendar year. The absentee application expires on December 31 each year.
